A website you referred me to doesn't have the subscribe box you said it would. Why not?
Article This is one of those situations where I have a solution without a very good explanation. The short version is, you can probably resolve the problem by viewing the website using a different internet browser.

For example, if you regularly use Internet Explorer, then try visiting the website using FireFox browser. Or if you usually use FireFox browser, try with Internet Explorer.

The reason for this is that websites are created using a programming language called "HTML" - but not every internet browser 'reads' HTML the same way. Therefore, it's possible to view the same website with Internet Explorer browser, and it can look different than if you view that same website with FireFox browser.
